The following statement discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices as well as the protections in place to safeguard that information. We run contests on our site in which we ask visitors for contact information (like their email address) and demographic information (like their zip/postal code, age, etc.). We use contact data from our contests to send subscribers information about Imperial Office Products and promotional material about our organization. We send all existing customers and new customers a welcoming email. Established subscribers will occasionally receive information on products, services, special deals, and a newsletter. We may, at times, also send our members site and service announcement updates. Members are not able to unsubscribe from service announcements, which contain important information about services.
